Before launching this new venture, Manny spent years as Executive Chef at Treehouse Point, where his cooking became an essential part of the guest experience—warm, welcoming, and deeply tied to the surrounding forest.
With The Treehouse Kitchen, Manny continues that mission on a bigger scale. His food reflects who he is: soulful, seasonal, and rooted in Northwest ingredients.
